The Union-College Committee (UCC) meets monthly to discuss the local application of the Collective Agreement, clarify processes causing misunderstandings or grievances, resolve complaints not handled by grievances, and other matters. More about the UCC can be found in the Collective Agreement, Article 7.
The UCC is composed of representatives from college management and the union. SLC Faculty Local 417 representatives on the committee:
