Teaching timetables are being finalized now and in the coming weeks. Your Academic Office should alert you by email when your final timetable is available, but it will also be viewable under PeopleSoft > Faculty Centre.
Keep in mind, what you see on PeopleSoft may not be a final version until your Academic Office tells you it is final. According to the Collective Agreement, FINAL timetables are due TWO weeks before the start of the semester.
Shortly before the start of the new semester, all faculty timetables are available for viewing on SLC.me under Resources > Faculty Timetables.
When reviewing your timetable, it is useful to know that the teaching day is 8:30 am to 8:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 5:30 pm on Fridays.
According to the Collective Agreement (article 11.01 L1), the contact day shall not exceed 8 hours from the beginning of the first hour until the end of the last assigned hour except by written voluntary agreement.
