Invitation for Contract Faculty to Attend Province-Wide Partial Load Faculty Meeting Tuesday, January 26th at 6:00pm

Dear Partial Load Faculty,

Happy New Year!

2020 was a year that will take a long time to reckon with. Contract Faculty felt the weight of that year in very particular ways, as precarious work conditions increased, class sizes increased, and the stressors magnified.

This year we are going into bargaining again and need to hear from and be connected to PL faculty more than ever.

So, we are inviting you to attend a Province wide Partial Load Faculty meeting on Tuesday, January 26th at 6:00 PM.

We will update you on the process of bargaining, discuss the work that has been done to organize Partial Load Faculty, and introduce you to the Partial Load Bargaining Advisory Committee. The BAC members were selected from applicants who stepped up to represent Partial Load Faculty issues and to connect to Partial Load Faculty. We will also invite you to pose questions and concerns during the meeting, and to stay connected.
